Easily maintain your plane safely and efficiently. Designed and built by local company Short Final Fabrication LLC., this specialized plane jack works for Maule gear with standard, 3" extended, or 6" extended gear and has a 5000 Lb capability trailer tongue jack (included).

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Install clamp on rear gear tub with notch facing up and tube stub pointed to the center of the fuselage. Note: Notch should capture the 1” cross/reinforcing tube.

Step 2: Install 3/8-16 hex bolts and tighten them firmly in place.

Step 3: Attach the lifting jack to the horizontal tube stub. Install through pin.

Step 4: Raise the jack with a 3/4” socket + ratchet.

Note: Cordless ratchet is not included.

The Maule Jack integrates with any electric drill and utilizes a 3/4 socket to raise and lower your airplane.

AVOID DAMAGE AND INJURY WITH 5000 LBS LIFT CAPACITY

The Maule Jack attaches to the exact geometry of a Maule gear leg, ensuring a stable and secure fit. Also, the jack uses machined Delrin bushings to protect all coatings on the gear legs.

Other Considerations:

Designed to work with Airframes Alaska standard / 4" extended heavy-duty Maule gear.

All parts are machined out of 2" DOM 1026 steel tubing.

Jack uses machined Delrin bushings to protect all coatings on gear legs.

Works on both sides of the aircraft.

Do not use in high winds.

Remove or loosen tie-down ropes before lifting the aircraft.

Do not use to break from ice.
