Description
The Ankle Deck Boot (ADB) VBX is an insulated, waterproof ankle deck boot built around our Vapor Barrier System (VBX™). A 100% waterproof rubber shell locks out moisture while fleece insulation (80% wool / 20% polyester) holds in warmth, so the boot performs equally well on a wet boat deck, water logged trails, and frozen driveways. A neoprene ankle collar flexes for an easy on/off fit. A perforated, drop-in, high-rebound EVA midsole to reduce underfoot moisture build-up with True Fit Performance Insoles keeps it comfortable for all-day wear.
The non-marking, cold-resistant CM rubber outsole uses water-siping micro-grooves for grip on wet and dry decks, plus hybrid all-terrain lugs for sure footing on slippery surfaces, and snowy icy terrain. With it's fleece lined insulation, this ADB is rated to an average of -45°F (ArCLO rating), making it the warmest and most capable ankle deck boot available.
