Description

Engineered for adventurers who demand durability, warmth, and packability without compromise, the Hatcher is our most compact Arctic Oven yet. This 4-season tension tent strikes a balance between weight and performance, weighing in at 8 lbs 10 oz when packed. This lighter-weight arctic oven gives you the benefits of a hot tent with less weight and less bulk, making it easier to pack into remote locations. designed for solo backcountry travel where pack weight matters as much as shelter performance. It packs down to 8 lbs 10 oz (10" x 10" x 23"), making it the lightest tent in the Arctic Oven lineup while still functioning as a true hot tent.

The tent body is built from Vapex, a UV-stabilized polypropylene fabric (4.5 lbs), paired with an N200D nylon floor for abrasion resistance. The rain fly is 70 denier ripstop nylon with a UV-resistant FR urethane coating for added durability and fire resistance. The footprint is made of Tyvek. A 3" integrated stove jack fits stoves up to approximately 12" x 9" x 12", giving one person a heat source in sub-zero conditions without adding significant weight.

The Hatcher sets up with two 13mm aluminum poles (45" extended, 16.5" packed, 0.3 lbs each, included), or can be set up using trekking poles instead for further weight savings. It includes 20 six-inch VPEG stakes with pull cords attached. Dual zippered doors, each with its own vestibule, provide two entry points and separate gear storage.

The starter bundle includes the mini Titanium folding Stove. The Mini Ti Stove delivers backcountry heating in a compact, lightweight form. Engineered from grade II titanium, this downsized version maintains the durability and performance of its larger counterpart while reducing pack weight and volume, ideal for winter backpacking and remote expeditions. Its efficient design accommodates 11" firewood, making it practical for establishing hot tent base camps where space is at a premium. Built for serious backcountry users who demand reliability without compromise.
