Only worn them below 0 a couple times so far. Comfortable, dry and warm, I love these boots.
I’m disappointed in durability. After less than 30 days of use, a hole started forming above the instep due to the laces rubbing against the material. For boots marketed for extreme environments, this kind of premature wear is unacceptable and points to a significant design flaw.
Unfortunately, my experience going in the Fairbanks store was just also disappointing. When I went to their storefront to address the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses and no meaningful attempt to resolve the problem. They told me in store they wouldn’t honor their warranty because I ‘tied my boots too tight’ I was dismissed rather than valued as a customer.
Online they were a dream to work with, prompt responses and took the time to make it right.

I am so happy I purchased these boots. In the past I had a pair of the government surplus boots that would hurt my feet. These boots are very comfortable to wear, have better traction on the soles and keep my feet warm. Buy the boots.
Haven’t had a chance to use yet but they look as though they will.
