Details

Equipped with 3/8" hardened stainless-steel spikes, these traction aids provide superior grip on snow, ice, and frozen terrain. The oversized heel grabs allow for easy on/off, making them convenient for quick transitions. The rugged rubber frame is cold-crack resistant and features reinforced eyelets for enhanced durability. An elastomer harness stretches easily to fit most footwear, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.

Perfect for ice fishing, aurora chasing, glacier exploring, alpenglow hikes, plowing and shoveling, ice carving, trapping, and dog mushing.

excellent quality ice spikes for very large boots

In winter, boots tend to be quite large to provide adequate warmth. Most commercial ice spikes are not designed to fit these very large boot. Alaska Gear has developed heavy duty ice spikes which fill this gap nicely.

The one issue that one has to be careful of is that the sizing of the spikes in the sizing charts is very approximate and highly boot specific. One may find that it will take several tries to get ice spikes which properly fit your boot.
